I spent almost the first 3 decades of my life living in autopilot mode, or the ‘meh’ zone, as I like to call it. As a busy Mum of two, life just took over, and I had lost all sense of who I was, resulting in an epic breakdown. Since then, I have spent my time intentionally honing my habits, protecting/caring for my energy and building a life from the ground up that truly feels like I’m the one in charge. I have learned how to prioritise myself and my needs, even amongst nappy changes, school runs and Bluey. And I’m here to help you take your first step…
